God's Way

Ephesians 2:10  - “¹For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

     Any time we ask – “What on earth am I here for?” the Bible answers ‘to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do?  God created us for a prearranged mission.  We are conscripts; not merely volunteers in this life journey.  WE don’t get to decide our calling and it is a mistake to truy to duplicate someone else’s calling.  All of us are called to do god’s work God’s way. 

     How do you know what your calling is? 1) Work with your spiritual gifts. Ask and let God show you through your deepest desires and core competencies where you are best suited to serve. 2) Submit to godly leadership for guidance. 3) Commit your abilities and resources to building up your local church.  4) Develop a servant spirit.  Start serving and God will reveal your gifts to you.
